We use only estate grown single origin cacao to preserve the distinct flavors of the region it is grown in. Each bean is gently roasted, ground into the highest quality cocoa liquor, and infused with Oregon grown organic hemp extract.

Madagascan Dark contains 72% estate grown Trinitario Cacao from northwest Madagascar. The ideal soil and climate of the Sambirano Valley creates a world class cacao that brings a hint of citrus and a distinct note of ripe red fruit to every bite.
