Danielle - Owner & Territory Sales Manager
Danielle was born and raised in the PNW, where in 2005, she began working in the pet industry - specifically in veterinary medicine.
She expanded her training to include a certification in dog training and grooming, and continued to build her knowledge with education under nationally recognized dog trainers, certifications in shelter animal behavior and education, and by working in many other aspects of veterinary hospital management and medicine.
After deciding a switch was needed to improve family life, Danielle took a job with Debbie Dean Promotions while doing periodic training classes and relief work. After 7 years, she purchased the company upon Debbie's retirement.
Danielle and her team are passionate about preserving the independent pet industry and strive to protect their customers and the amazing work they do by being their advocates with vendors. She uses her extensive industry knowledge to help retailers and their customers find the right products that will provide the best care possible - both physically and mentally - for the animals they love and share their lives with.
Today, Danielle shares her home with her amazing husband, their beautiful children, their 5 dogs, 3 horses, 3 cats, 2 goats, an assortment of poultry, a tortoise, and 3 geckos... a true family farm. It’s an amazing adventure!

Dan - MidWest Territory Sales Manager
Dan was born and raised in Oklahoma, and from an early age, was known throughout town for taking in sick and injured animals. He kept and bred Afghan Hounds, and when his family eventually said that some of them had to go, he began selling some. He then opened his first pet store at 12 years old.
While studying at the University of Miami and the University of Florida, he worked part time at a large animal importing company. For five years after he graduated, his job was to travel to other countries to ensure animals were being handled and shipped properly and safely. This same company then offered Dan an opportunity to move to Honolulu and operate two federal quarantine stations for birds arriving from Asia. After moving and getting settled, he opened a dog import company, which brought dogs from Australia to Hawaii to avoid a four month quarantine. He later opened seven retail pet supply stores in Hawaii and California, which he closed in 2011.
He currently lives in Omaha, Nebraska with his family. Together they operate two local retail pet supply stores, which allows him to keep a pulse on current retail pet.
He took the offer to work for All Creatures because of knowing and working with Danielle and the quality of companies All Creatures represents.
FAQs
Can't I just buy it on Faire or Wholesalepet?
As a commissioned based small business, we are responsible for all of our own expenses. Each order you place directly with us helps us be able to continue to do what we do and support our families. We have an easy to use online portal that our customers have access to use, if this is a preferred method of ordering. Otherwise, let us handle the work by ordering with your POS, photos of notes and/or displays, or just give us a call.
We understand that vendors need to be on these platforms to successfully cover the entire nation, but they can not exclude areas where reps are present.
While we can not always match these competitors (they have investor funding) please reach out with any promos you see so we can work to get those for you direct as well. These platforms are to us as Chewy or Amazon is to you. Much like you with your customers, we all hope our personalized service far exceeds any benefits of ordering through these platforms.
Is there a cost to me?
No, there is never a cost to you, ever.
There is also no extended cost from our vendors. They utilize us to make both your life and theirs easier while using us to be their brand ambassadors.
What does ACS do for me?
We take care of your orders in whatever manner is the most help to you: in store, text, email, over the phone, on our website, POS, etc. We can get you your invoices, help with damages and/or returns, show you samples, give merchandising ideas, and more. We can take care of it all so you don’t have to. We are here for you before, during, and after your purchases. We’re not just order takers.
But direct minimums are so high and freight is expensive…
We strive to work with all vendors to keep minimums low and get you free freight tiers whenever we can. We make sure you can keep your 50% margin (even when freight needs to be built in) while being competitive.
But direct orders take me more time...
We can make it feel just like your distribution orders (only better)! Let us do the work for you and take care of getting it to the right vendor in the format they need. Use our website just like distribution and put ANY brand in your cart and check out at the same time. We can take it from there.
